NANOAPP conference 2013 – TRANSPORTATION

1. Jože Pučnik Airport (commonly known as Brnik Airport), Ljubljana, Slovenia (120minutes, 140 km)

Ljubljana Joze Pucnik Airport is the largest airport in Slovenia, and is situated 23km northwest of the centre of Ljubljana. Its outstanding position at the crossroads of Europe, has given it a special role in the family of key European regional airports. The Slovenian national air carrier is Adria Airways.

Delegates can book their arrival/departure transfer by completing the ORDER BOOKING FORM on-line.

Possible forms of transfer are:

• Shuttle bus transfer: 35 EUR per person (max. waiting time 1 hour, price of one-way transfer, VAT included)
• Private transfer: 130 EUR per car (1 – 3 persons in car, price of one-way transfer, VAT included)

The company reserves the right to combine transfers for participants of NANOAPP conference with maximum waiting time 1 hour.

Important: Transfer requests must be submitted by  ……19th  Of September 2013……..

If you book a transfer, your English-speaking driver will meet you with  …NANOAPP conference 2013….sign located in the Arrival Hall of Jože Pučnik Airport.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Only private transfer is available from Trieste and Venice airport. Your English-speaking driver will meet you in the arrival hall after the customs with a sign with your full name.

If there will be more participants landing at the same time, we will certanly try to lower your costs by offering you shared rides.

2. Ronchi Airport, Trieste or Trieste Train Station, Italy (60 minutes, 90 km)

• Private transfer: 85 EUR per car (1 – 3 persons in car, price of one-way transfer, VAT included)
• Private transfer: 110 EUR per van (4 – 8 persons in van, price of one-way transfer, VAT included)

3. Marco Polo Venice, Italy (120 minutes, 210 km )

• Private transfer: 180 EUR per car (1 – 3 persons in car, price of one-way transfer, VAT included)
• Private transfer: 210 EUR per van (4 – 8 persons in van, price of one-way transfer, VAT included)

Departure times for pre-booked transfers from the hotel to the airports will be announced 24 hours prior  to the time of departure at the ……………. Desk at the conference venue,
