How to Pay

The payment can be made by:

If money is transferred by bank transfer, a copy of the money order must be attached to the form. Please note that the registrant must take care of all bank charges for the bank draft. Only payment received before 30th July 2013 will be accepted as early registration. A receipt will be sent to those who have payed the registration fee, as confirmation of registration. Forms not accompanied by payment will not be accepted as an early registration.

Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy

Request for refund must be sent by mail, E-mail or by fax to Institute for environmental protection and sensors. The registration fee will be refunded after deduction of 20% if participation is cancelled prior to 30th July 2013. After this date, no refund can be made but a copy of the conference materials will be sent to the registrant.
